These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the submission and participation in the solo performance competition (“Competition”). By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to comply with these Terms.
1.1 The competition is open to retired personnel (Veterans) of the Armed forces of India.
1.2 Veterans of all ranks irrespective of age and gender can apply
2.1 Submissions must consist of a solo vocal performance recorded on video.
2.2 The vocal performance may be accompanied by live musicians as per the participant’s requirements.
2.3 The use of karaoke applications, software, or platforms such as Starmaker, Smule, or any other similar apps is strictly prohibited.
3.1 All submissions must be original, authentic, and created specifically for the Competition.
3.2 Backdated performances, previously recorded entries, or recycled submissions will not be accepted.
3.3 The participant shall ensure that the video is of sufficient clarity and quality for evaluation by the jury.
4.1 A designated jury panel will review and evaluate all valid entries.
4.2 The decision of the jury shall be final and binding on all participants, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
5.1 By submitting a performance, the participant grants the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, and broadcast the video for promotional, archival, or related purposes of the Competition.
5.2 Participants shall ensure that their submission does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
6.1 The organizers reserve the right to amend, cancel, or modify any part of the Competition or these Terms at their sole discretion without prior notice.
6.2 All legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Delhi, India.
Participation in the Competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the participant.
